hi! my name is cindy and i’m a product designer based in new york. empathy has always been a core part of who i am - i love improving people’s lives and fighting to make the world a better place. transitioning from healthcare to design, i now get to merge my passion for empathy with my love for creativity - the best of both worlds!

i believe that diversity and inclusion should be one of the primary markers of good design. my goal is to provide an open space where users feel comfortable using digital products and expressing their needs and frustrations. i do this by tackling user research with an open-mind and trying to consider as many use cases as possible.

outside of design, i’m an mbti expert, mom to a british shorthair named miso, and a pastry connoisseur. i look forward to my growth as a designer and the learning opportunities that await me!
